The entire process from sourcing fabrics to sewing garments is done at our partner company “Minami Shoten” in Osaka, Japan.  Our director Yuki Matsuda was admired by the rich history of Minami Shoten, who has been creating fabrics using their own invention, formulas, and commitments to domestic manufacturing from yarn to finishing, since 1935.

Japanese Fabric

Touch of this shaggy fabric is just like fine mohair, but with synthetic fibers blended in it is also durable to last for decades. Acrylic 55% / Nylon 30% / Wool 15%. Yuki Matsuda has chosen this best chunky wool knit fabric from thousands of archive swatches at Minami Shoten, and together with them we created our own yarn color combination.
